Improper fasteners at eave line. Rust in evidence. Roof panels were improperly cut. Rusted edges and open to weather.
Open flashings at roof panels and masonry wall. Result: Leaks into building. Open seams. These panel seams were never crimped or mechanically seamed or sealed in any way. They have been open to weather for entire time since original installation. All edges are rusted, subject to wind uplift, water leaks into building. Poor installation. Roof should be replaced.
